Day Six
Today I didn't want to run, I felt tired and depleted when getting up at 6:25, but nevertheless hit the wet road ten minutes later.
I was home at 7:00, having ran the 2.4 mile lap up the Cavehill Road, Down North Circular Road onto the Antrim Road and back.
Now, 20 minutes later, I sit down and write this. I realise I haven't ran on a dry surface yet. I should wake the others and make some coffee, but maybe not in that order.
