That truly depends on what you are trying to say:

Bologna as in Bologna Sausage, a large smoked, seasoned sausage made of various meats, esp. beef and pork, is spelled just so.

You are surely not thinking of the Bolometer, the sensitive electrical instrument for measuring radiant energy.

I think you might be grasping for boloney, which is a derivative of the aforementioned sausage, but generally means foolish or deceptive talk. It can also be spelled baloney, as in the classic jingle:

“My baloney has a first name; it’s O-S-C-A-R. My baloney has a second name; it’s M-A-Y-E-R. Oh, I love to eat it every day, and if you ask me why, I’ll say, cause Oscar-Mayer has a way with B-O-L-O-G-N-A.”
