Is it true that the elephant is the only animal with four (count 'em) knees?
Douglas

Dear Douglas
It was long believed that the elephant was the only animals with four knees.

This assertion was challenged, however, when a four kneed animal was discovered in central Uruguay in 1923.

It was sold to an American entrepreneur for 2500 US dollars and immediately shipped to the state Zoo in San Diego, where on closer inspection it was discovered that the unusual animal actually consisted of two monkeys glued together.
